Product Description:

 

The hydraulic oil filter element and the oil suction filter element are both hydraulic system filtering components, but there are significant differences between the two in terms of installation position, function, accuracy, etc., as follows. In terms of installation position, the hydraulic oil filter element (usually referring to the return oil filter element) is installed in the return oil pipeline of the hydraulic system, between the hydraulic actuator and the oil tank, to filter the oil returning from the actuator to the oil tank;


The oil suction filter is installed at the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump, between the oil tank and the hydraulic pump, to filter the oil entering the hydraulic pump from the oil tank. Functionally, the core function of the hydraulic oil filter element is to filter impurities (such as metal shavings and rubber particles) generated during the operation of the hydraulic system, purify the return oil, prevent impurities from entering the system circulation again, and protect the actuator and hydraulic pump; The core function of the oil suction filter is to filter out large particles and impurities in the oil tank, prevent them from entering the hydraulic pump, avoid wear and tear of the hydraulic pump, and protect the hydraulic pump.


In terms of precision, the hydraulic oil filter element has a high filtration accuracy (1-50 μ m) and needs to filter out small impurities to ensure the cleanliness of the oil; The oil suction filter has a low filtration accuracy (60-100 μ m), mainly filtering large particle impurities to avoid blocking the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump and ensure normal oil suction of the hydraulic pump.
