The oil suction filter can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom of the fuel tank. The oil suction cylinder penetrates below the liquid level in the tank, and the filter head of the oil suction filter is exposed outside the tank. It is equipped with self sealing valve, bypass valve, filter element pollution blockage transmitter and other devices, so that the oil in the tank will not flow out when replacing or cleaning the filter element. Its core function is to intercept large particle pollutants in the oil to protect the hydraulic pump. In order to avoid cavitation in the pump, full attention must be paid to pressure loss. Generally, it is used in 100-200 mesh coarse metal mesh or recessed metal wire materials, mainly for coarse protection, rather than for controlling the final pollution concentration of the system.

Filtration accuracy: Oil suction filters usually adopt a coarse filtration design (with a filtration accuracy of generally 80-100 μ m), mainly intercepting large particle impurities (such as metal shavings, fibers, etc.) in the oil to prevent them from entering the oil pump and avoid pump body wear or jamming.


Low pressure design: Due to its installation at the oil pump suction port, the filter needs to withstand low pressure (generally<0.1MPa), so the structure is simple and the resistance is low, ensuring smooth oil suction of the oil pump.

 

Material selection: The filter material is usually metal mesh or coarse fiber, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and suitable for different working conditions.


Working medium: Suitable for various hydraulic media such as mineral oil and biodegradable hydraulic oil.


Temperature range: It can operate within a wide temperature range (such as -30C to+100C) and adapt to different environmental requirements.
