Its material is commonly made of glass fiber, which has good filtration performance, high temperature resistance, polyester fiber, low cost, and metal mesh is used for coarse filtration.
To ensure the normal operation of the system, it is necessary to regularly check and replace the filter element to observe whether the status is blocked or damaged. A reasonable replacement cycle should be formulated according to the usage environment and working conditions. When replacing, it is generally synchronized with the hydraulic oil replacement and the hydraulic oil should be kept clean.
Hydraulic filter cartridges are widely used in hydraulic presses in manufacturing, injection molding machines, excavators in construction, mining equipment in cranes, and steering and braking systems in the automotive industry.
Filtration accuracy: Oil suction filters usually adopt a coarse filtration design (with a filtration accuracy of generally 80-100 μ m), mainly intercepting large particle impurities (such as metal shavings, fibers, etc.) in the oil to prevent them from entering the oil pump and avoid pump body wear or jamming.
Low pressure design: Due to its installation at the oil pump suction port, the filter needs to withstand low pressure (generally<0.1MPa), so the structure is simple and the resistance is low, ensuring smooth oil suction of the oil pump.
Connection method: The oil outlet is usually equipped with threaded or flanged connections to meet different pipeline requirements.
Material selection: The filter material is usually metal mesh or coarse fiber, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and suitable for different working conditions.
Temperature range: It can operate within a wide temperature range (such as -30C to+100C) and adapt to different environmental requirements.
Preventing cavitation: By coarse filtration, the bubbles and impurities in the oil are reduced, reducing the risk of cavitation in the oil pump.
