1. When the filter element is clogged and the pressure difference rises to the set value (such as 0.35-0.4MPa), the bypass valve automatically opens, allowing the oil to return directly to the tank without filtration. This is to prevent the filter element from crushing or causing greater damage due to a lack of oil in the system, which is a safety design. However, the filtering function is temporarily disabled when turned on.
4. An optional differential pressure transmitter can be installed. When the differential pressure reaches the warning value (such as 0.2-0.35MPa), an electrical signal or visual prompt (such as a red indicator column popping up) can be sent to remind the operator to replace the filter element in a timely manner and avoid the system being in a bypass state for a long time.
5. The filter element is supported by a metal frame inside, which can withstand pressure impact and pulsation in the return oil pipeline. The material of the end cap and seal is oil resistant and temperature resistant, with a working temperature range of usually -30 ℃ to+120 ℃.
