1. This is to prevent the filter element from crushing or causing greater damage due to a lack of oil in the system, which is a safety design. However, the filtering function is temporarily disabled when turned on.
4. An optional differential pressure transmitter can be installed. When the differential pressure reaches the warning value (such as 0.2-0.35MPa), an electrical signal or visual prompt (such as a red indicator column popping up) can be sent to remind the operator to replace the filter element in a timely manner and avoid the system being in a bypass state for a long time.
5. The filter element with a straight back design is installed at the top of the fuel tank. When replacing, simply unscrew the cover to pull out the old filter element and insert the new one. The operation is simple and not easy to spill oil. Some models are equipped with self sealing valves, which can automatically close the oil tank and oil circuit when the filter element is removed, preventing oil leakage, which is both clean and economical.
