In mining rock drilling and excavation construction scenarios, the hydraulic system of construction machinery is subjected to harsh working conditions of high load, high dust, and high impact for a long time. Hydraulic oil is easily mixed with impurities such as metal abrasives, rubber debris, and mud, which can cause equipment problems such as valve body jamming, cylinder wear, and hydraulic pump failure, greatly increasing equipment maintenance costs. Hydraulic oil filter element is a hydraulic return oil filter element tailored for mining machinery series rock drills, drilling rigs, and underground loaders. As the core component of hydraulic system oil purification, it has become a protective accessory for stable operation of mining engineering machinery hydraulic systems due to its high-precision filtration, strong pressure resistance and fatigue resistance, and long service life. At the same time, it can replace the same specification filter element and has strong compatibility.
The hydraulic system return oil filter element is installed at the end of the hydraulic return oil pipeline of the equipment, mainly responsible for purifying the hydraulic oil in the return oil tank. During the operation of the equipment, metal particles generated by the friction of precision components such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, and valve bodies, rubber impurities caused by aging and peeling of pipeline seals, and dust and dirt infiltrated from the outside will all flow back to the oil tank with the hydraulic oil.
The filter element intercepts solid pollutants layer by layer through gradient composite filter material, and the clean hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank for recycling, preventing impurities from entering the hydraulic oil circuit again and wearing precision components from the source. At the same time, the filter element is equipped with a bypass valve pressure differential protection structure, which can adapt to the use environment of mining equipment with large flow fluctuations and unstable working conditions, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the hydraulic system.
