When selecting a hydraulic pilot hydraulic oil filter element, multiple factors need to be considered, including filtration accuracy, filtration area, operating temperature, acid and alkali resistance, etc. The filtration accuracy determines the particle size that the filter can intercept, usually expressed in micrometers (μ m), with smaller values indicating finer filtration. The initial pressure difference of some products can be controlled below 15 psi (about 0.1 MPa) to ensure rapid system response
5. The working temperature range is generally from -30 ℃ to+110 ℃, and some high-performance filter elements can withstand a high temperature of 135 ℃ for a short time, and are well compatible with commonly used hydraulic oils, phosphate hydraulic oils, water ethylene glycol and other media
