Product Description:

The product can effectively filter impurities and pollutants in the hydraulic system. During the operation of hydraulic systems, various small particles, metal shavings, moisture and other impurities are inevitably mixed in. The pilot filter element is like a fine filter, intercepting these impurities outside the system and preventing them from entering the pilot control circuit. If there is no pilot filter element or the filter element fails, impurities will enter key components such as the pilot valve with hydraulic oil, causing the valve core to become stuck, insensitive to action, or even damaged, thereby affecting the normal operation of the entire hydraulic system. Problems such as unstable action, large pressure fluctuations, and frequent system failures may occur.

Features:

1. The pilot control system has extremely high requirements for oil cleanliness, so the filtration accuracy of the pilot filter element is usually between 3-10 μ m, and some precision applications even require 1-3 μ m, which is much higher than that of ordinary hydraulic return oil or suction filter elements to prevent particles from sticking to the precision valve core.

2. The pilot filter element is often installed in high-pressure pipelines and needs to withstand high system pressure (up to 21-35 MPa) and large pressure differentials. Some products are designed to withstand extreme pressure differentials of 42 MPa to ensure that they do not deform or break under high loads

3. Adopting high-strength skeleton (such as stainless steel mesh or 3D printed honeycomb matrix) and high-quality filter materials (such as glass fiber, synthetic fiber), with good axial stiffness and flattening stiffness, it is not easy to deform or collapse under impact load or alternating pressure, ensuring stable filtration accuracy
 

4. To avoid affecting the response speed of the pilot oil circuit, the filter element adopts a corrugated folding structure (usually with a pleat height of ≤ 20 mm) to increase the filtering area and reduce flow resistance. The initial pressure difference of some products can be controlled below 15 psi (about 0.1 MPa) to ensure rapid system response

5. The working temperature range is generally from -30 ℃ to+110 ℃, and some high-performance filter elements can withstand a high temperature of 135 ℃ for a short time, and are well compatible with commonly used hydraulic oils, phosphate hydraulic oils, water ethylene glycol and other media

6. Some high-end pilot filter elements are made of stainless steel material, with uniform pores and corrosion resistance. After cleaning, they can be reused to reduce replacement frequency; At the same time, it has good pollutant holding capacity, and the new three-dimensional fiber structure can increase the pollutant holding capacity by 30% -50%
