Product Description:

 

When the hydraulic system is working, the oil circulates under pressure, inevitably producing impurities such as metal particles, sealing material debris, dust, and gel like substances. The return oil filter element is usually installed in the return oil pipeline, and its working principle is based on physical interception and adsorption. When the oil carrying impurities flows through the filter element, the filter layer made of special materials (such as glass fiber, metal mesh, etc.) inside it will act like a precision mesh, firmly capturing solid particles larger than its rated accuracy, allowing only clean oil to pass through, and finally returning to the oil tank. This process continues, effectively preventing pollutants from accumulating in the fuel tank and being pumped in again, forming a vicious cycle, thereby protecting the safety of precision components such as oil pumps and valves.

The hydraulic return oil filter element adopts high-strength composite materials, such as the multi-layer composite process of stainless steel woven mesh and fiberglass/synthetic filter material. This design significantly improves the axial flattening stiffness of the filter element, allowing it to maintain zero deformation even under extreme pressure.


In the manufacturing process of hydraulic return oil filter element, nanoscale gradient filtration technology is applied to achieve a filtering effect with minimal surface uniformity error, and has a high interception rate for larger particles. The production process strictly adheres to the certification standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ensuring the reliability of the filter cartridge throughout its lifecycle.


The hydraulic return oil filter element has been deeply adapted for different industrial scenarios.
